Extensive UK experience and international experience in the Middle East and Asia Pacific Region at executive / senior level which has covered the complete range of project control and project management functions on multi-million pound / dollar projects with particular emphasis on contract and commercial matters, dispute resolution and legal matters.

Provision of advice on tender and contract preparation during the tendering/pre-contract stages. Provision of post contract commercial and contractual advice including dispute resolution advice and the preparation, negotiation and settlement of claims on building and civil engineering projects.

Drafting contractual correspondence and advising on contractual problems.

Provision of services in connection with mediation, arbitration and litigation.

In particular, acted as an Expert Adviser several times in mediation in respect of additional cost / loss and expense / damages claims, valuation of variations and the causes and effects of delay to construction work.

Acted as party representative in mediations and arbitration.
