Over 12 years' extensive experience in the construction industry. The first 4 years involved with various industrial projects throughout the Philippines. In 1996, joined a well established international quantity surveying practice and became involved in high rise building projects and an international airport terminal.  Transferred to a multi-national contracting company in 1998 and worked on a prestigious 41/46-storey twin towers project with museum and theatre facilities. Knowledge in quantity surveying gained from both developer and contractor perspectives.

Has initiates and evaluated variations; resolved contractual issues and performed financial analysis. Has also prepared cost reports and cashflow projections. Adept at cost estimating and control; risk analysis; value management and procurement services.
